Theft Deterrent

There was a "ReptileFest" nearby and I noticed something.
One of the Wildlife Org People mentioned his wallet was stolen year earlier.
Hasn't had a problem since.

Re: Theft Deterrent

I saw an article yesterday about someone breaking into a shop and apparently trying to steal a large adult iguana. The lizard was still there, along with a fair bit of blood, and nothing was actually missing.
A friend who owns an lfs had one some years ago that hung out around the shop by day. It bit an employee who was trying to put it back into the enclosure for the night. Punctured the sack around the knuckle and a bad infection developed that took several weeks to heal completely.
