No, I don`t worry, cause t° under the lamp is only about +42. And they are always get out it, when they are heat.

I believe he was asking about the snakes touching the surface of the light and being burned.

I understand that, but still I have seen animals burned by lamps that never seemed interested by it before. I have seen broken glass and live wires in terrariums, because a snake was climbing and holding on to the lamp at night when it was cool... It's your own animal, your own house, your own risk, it wouldn't be one I would be willing to take.
