Need help abnormal white poop and urine

Too much poo and urine i am worry about it he is a albino burmese hatchling every hour and his *** getting swollen... i need to know its cause and how to treat my tank now 30-31c with nice ventilation

Without more information I doubt anyone can help.... explain what the situation is and any details you have and I'm sure someone will pop up to help.

I'm assuming as your in the Philippines that an exotics vet isn't easily accessible either.
