Dwarfism??

OK so I have a boa that is around 2 years old and she is only about 3 1/2 ft . Should she bigger ?? She is , I believe a red tailed boa . Pic attached is her . She is eating small rats .

She does not seem to be a red tailed boa. Boa imperator Intergrade is more likely. Being more specific about her genes is not possible without the paperwork. She might have dwarf blood in her, there is no way to really tell. 2,5 ft at 2 years isn't really big but it is not very small either, could go either way from here. What kind of feeding schedule is she on?
