Question peroxide safe for chameleons?....

my chameleon is having foot problems (see the reptile board for more details on it) and there are open wounds, i dont want them to get infected so can i use peroxide on his wound....or is it not safe for him or something??

I've not heard of peroxide being used so I don't know if it is safe or not but Betadine is safe. Apply a diluted solution (tea colour) a couple times a day. You can get it at the drugstore, ask the pharmacist because its behind the counter.
