what snake do i have

Hello everyone i am new to the forum and i apologize if i am posting this in the wrong place. About 2 months ago i rescued what i was told is a redtail boa. The lady that told me didnt really know about the snake she just wanted to get rid of it. So ive come here to maybe get some help from you guys to identify the snake. like locality and bci or bcc which is all a bit confusing to me. What size can i expect from her? Right now she is about 4'2.

I can't see the pic but it's probably not BCC. It's also impossible to tell what locale BCI it is without lineage information from the breeder. All anyone can do is guess. Try uploading the pic through photobucket or something like that.
