Need help please !!

I am a new reptile owner, i have never had a snake before, i have only ever had rats, dogs, cats ect.
I am curious as to what "type" of snake mine is. I know it is a ball python, but is there like a type of ball python it is ?

Depends what you mean by type.

There's only one "type" that comes from the wild.
However there are morphs out there.

There is only one species of ball python, and no subspecies, if that's what you mean. There are, however, many different morphs, which are just colour variations. Aaron's link has pictures of the different morphs that you can compare your snake to.
