Need help with gecko issue

Hello, today my girlfriend noticed her 13 year old fat tail was bleeding from the vent. The gecko was in shed and had some blocking his vent. I removed it and it uncovered this. I don't know much about geckos an am unsure if this is a prolapse or not. Any help?

Looks like an infection and possibly stuck urate from the shed blockage. Put him in a place with no substrate (no paper towels either) and put some neosporin on it. If it doesn't get better in a day or two, you'll need a vet. And by better I don't mean gone, just, better.

Also, if you can, feed wax worms for a few days. They cause stool to loosen so will make it easier to pass poo.

Ok I'll give it a go. He's been eating crickets ten years so it maybe a challenge.
