Re: I finally got some Kimberley Rock monitors
Nice size monitors, should be easy to manage. I'm guessing you looked long and hard to find them?

Re: I finally got some Kimberley Rock monitors
Very nice monitors. How hard are they to come by over there?
Even here in Oz they aren't easy to get hold of, and you need a specialist permit in our state to have one anyway.

Re: I finally got some Kimberley Rock monitors
I've wanted them since last year and CM Exotics & Imports is now the Warane importer so I had the opportunity to put down a deposit for their first shipment as Warane USA. These do seem hard to come by if you don't know any breeders, and even if you do you would end up on a waiting list. I tried contacting the three breeders I knew of and non of them contacted me back. I basically got lucky when I saw the FB post with the list of all the monitors that were being imported. Chris was awesome to deal with and I believe he can get a hold of every dwarf species available in the pet trade, he will be doing another shipment later this year.
