The BOI at FaunaClassifieds is my new favorite Soap Opera
This is really mostly a sad commentary on my life, but omg, I can just sit and eat popcorn and scroll through the BOI posts for obscenely long periods of time. Some of the people on there arguing... just wow. I don't comment on anything, just a bystander watching the drama. I try to kid myself that this is giving me good information about who to never do business with (which, it probably actually is), but really it's just a telenovela for my own amusement. 
Guilty pleasure admitted.

It's a forum where people talk about a breeder/seller's reputation, their experience with them..etc. If someone scams you, you post it on the BOI. If a deal goes well, you post it on the BOI. This way, a scammer gets found out quick and no one does business with them again. Or, someone just starting out(breeding/selling) can earn a good reputation and gain people's confidence in their business.

Oh wow, that sounds super useful!
I just put a down payment on a pair of geckos and the guy isn't an established breeder like BHB or GeckosEct so I was nervous, but took the plunge...
Is the site a good one, or really just full of drama?

I like faunaclassifieds. I buy and sell snakes from that site as I do with kingsnake.
Its both good and full of drama. You are asked to show evidence for your claims(if you claim someone scammed you..etc). So people do try to be as objective as possible, but with that type of discussion also comes a lot of drama. Good thing there's such a thing as scrolling! You can just skim through the drama bits and pay attention to the relevant and informative bits.

The board of inquiry is on faunaclassifieds. Go to the forum section, or when you go to faunaclassifieds.com, scroll near the middle of the page and it will say "recently active BOI threads".
There is a BOI on almost any classifieds/forum that deals with selling and buying.(Camera forums, knife forums, reptile forums...etc)
