Yes it's a joke page. I came accross it a couple of months ago and had the same initial reaction, what the hell is this site and are they serious.
Obviously by the animals they claim to have and sell are at ridiculous or nonsense prices and the checkout page has never worked. Who ever's joke this is, I don't think it's funny at all.
