Age for female cresty to pair up

I have had a female crestie for a year and a half but she is still small don't know the grams my scale is dead right now. Is there an age that is safe to put her with a male not looking to breed just to conserve space for a couple of weeks. However if she dose lay eggs I would not be too upset.

I have 18x18x18 gecko tanks and no place to put 2 of them so I want to set up one tank for the 2 of them. Here is a pick for size of the 2 of them.
