Scales

Okay I need help. I want to purchase a scale as soon as I can (along with a temp gun) but I have no idea what to look at, what's good/bad quality. What scales do you use or recommend??

Re: Scales

I use a digital postal scale that is good up to 10 lbs. It allows me to put the container on the scale and zero it out before I place the snake in the container. That way, I only get the weight of the snake every time. Just one option.

Re: Scales

I went to Walmart and bought a nice big produce scale for $10. It was in the section with the pots and pans.

Re: Scales

I use digital kitchen scales, a container and a pillowcase. mine doesn't sit still in a container by itself.
