Depends on how old the snake is and how much you feed. Every few weeks while young, then it will slow down when they reach adults. First shed is exciting! Make sure you snake has a water dish large enough to soak in or a humid hide using wet paper towels or damp sphagnum moss. This will help ease the molting process.

She has a big water bowl and a small water bowl, and I have been spraying water in the tank to keep it a little more humid for her. Its just so odd seeing her going from being super vibrant to blue!

Must be contagious guys, Hannibal Caesar has the blues too. He's been in hiding all week. Both my kings usually shed about once a month.

Re: Medusa is Blue again!
You don't need to keep it that humid, as long as it is around 50% you really don't need much more.

He's on small mice now and slamming them down with no problems. Sasha Fierce is knocking down fuzzys with ease and can take a small hopper with a little more effort. I'll feed them tonight after I get the baby to bed.
