Hi, I'm new.

Hello! I love reptiles, but I haven't owned any yet. I hope to get to know you all so we can be friends. One question though, what are some easy to take care of snakes/lizards?

Re: Hi, I'm new.

Welcome to the forum!

Beginner snakes I'd recommend Corn Snakes, Rat Snakes, or Ball Pythons. They are all relatively easy to take care of with the right set up and husbandry.

Re: Hi, I'm new.

Hi wouldent recomend a ball as a beginer snake as even a helthy one can fast for several weeks and would drive a new owner compleatly nuts lol just my opinion tho lol

Re: Hi, I'm new.

Welcome I just got my first snake which is a kingsnake and he definitely falls under that easy-to-care-for category As others have said, cornsnakes are good beginner snakes as well!!
