Restlessness: I can't sleep

I am a 4 foot long, 5 year old ball python named Monty. I don't know if I'm a boy or girl, but I think I may be a boy. For the past few nights I can't sleep (sarcasm). I ate a few days ago, and just shedded and pooped about a week ago. I spill my water all over, don't want to eat, and am just beside myself. I'm in a 40 gal. tank with a log that I like to climb on. I think I'm losing my mind! Help!
