Re: The Feeding Thread

You know, i had thought about it last night, but i'm not the most dextrous person in the world, so trying to hold my camera, and trying to feed at the same time might end with a dropped camera, lol.

But i might try it the next feeding, see if any of them will do the upside down nom nom !

I am impressed that you can hold onto that pinky with a sock puppet.

The sock puppet will actually twist around further, and rest the pinky and his upper body on the top of my hand, and will then proceed to swallow said pinky.

Re: The Feeding Thread

My two Kenyans eat upside down, too. It was the first time I've ever seen that. I had to make a post about it, because I was really worried.

Re: The Feeding Thread

That's definitely a green tree monitor. I don't have ackies (yet), though, so if you could point out which picture you were talking about, I would gladly identify.

Re: The Feeding Thread

this one

I've been really wanting a monitor or other lizard lately and am trying to figure out which one. I either want a smaller semi-arboreal monitor or frilled dragon.

Re: The Feeding Thread

That's Max, my male blue tail (Varanus doreanus). He's semi-arboreal, but not small.

Re: The Feeding Thread

Blue trees and green trees? I like green trees better (green's my favorite color), but between blue tails and blue/green trees, I like blue tails better.
