Re: The "Bite Club" thread
Most things like that never hurt when they happen.. always the next day. I fell and got a stick through my hand and it didn't really hurt much until after they pulled it out

I can't wait. Out of the nine i have now I've only been bit 3 times. Twice by my Yellow Anaconda and once by my Diamond x jungle. My big Jungle bit my oldest son once. But i am sure they were nothing compared to a hit from Abyss.
Things i need to get big, stronger snake hook, snake tongs, and face shield. Don't mine bites to my hands and arm, but i got to protected my face. It's already ugly enough. lol

Retics are NOT biters after they pass about 6 feet, outside of feeding response.
A LITTLE work and they are dolls.

Re: The "Bite Club" thread
Swear to god i jinx myself. Took my Yellow Anaconda outside for a photo shot. Piss on me twice and bit me twice then piss on my hand where he bit me. Dam little dickhead. He was doing find until i put him on the ground then i made a run for it. When i grab him, he freaked on me. Anyway here's the bite pic the rest i'll post on My Yellow Anaconda thread.

Re: The "Bite Club" thread
Well, pissing on your bites might be a good thing. It cleaned it for ya.

Re: The "Bite Club" thread
Result of my own stupidity. My ball python thought my hand looked tasty when I was putting paper towel in his tank for him to eat on. He was at the other end, must have creeped over when I wasn't looking. Yes, that is a tooth sticking out of my finger.
Funny thing is, the boyfriend's carpet python got me 10 minutes later. He grabbed my hand instead of the mouse-- we need to get longer feeding tongs. So now I have tooth marks on both hands from two different snakes. I was waiting for our milk snake to take a nibble too. Not having a good night.

Re: The "Bite Club" thread
WORST bite ever: my 10-foot female retic got spooked. I had her out and my fiance was standing behind me and sneezed on her. The sudden lurching motion he made in the snake's periphery startled her, and she struck out. Unfortunately, my hand happened to be in her strike path and she got my middle finger.
