Thanks for correcting me. I find expos aren't necessarily a great place to purchase animals, but a good way to meet breeders who may have higher quality animals that they didn't breed. However the last two shows I was at had some very nice normal rainbows priced 75-100, I don't recall the breeder's names however.

The one show that's coming up in my area is happening when I'll be out of the country

And I can't afford to travel much with school and work

I'll see my daddy and family again after 3 years. I need it! I just have to convince my stepdad to help me convince my mom to babysit the snakezillas. I wish I could take them with me lol

Very minor correction. ;-)

I agree that shows are great research tools, and will often takes names down and follow up later. I've only seen one breeder at shows with decent babies in that price range, but then maybe I'm going to the wrong show. ;-)

I have a feeling geography and show size has something to do with it.
