Re: Weirdest field finds !
My dad said he found a 2 headed black rat snake when he was my age but it was fresh out of the egg and died a few hours later.
For me, condoms, panties, beds in the middle of the woods, graves, shooting stars, a rocket taking off from NC, and satellites. Technically the last 3 are from my night fishing adventures haha

Re: Weirdest field finds !
I used to find Massasauga Rattlers but the 10's sitting on the warm road at night in the summer in northern Ontario when i was a kid. we use to pick them up by the tails and chase each other with them. Luckily none of us ever got bit!!

Re: Weirdest field finds !
I found a pygmy rattlesnake sunning itself one day, it was odd because it was late December and cold.

There is no such word as dieing.
On to the question, I find Garter snakes and milk snakes in the same hide spot and milks will eat a garter without hesitation. Yes I have pics....

Re: Weirdest field finds !
I was walking with my husband and in laws and while I was walking next to my mother in law a little brown Garter snake was sunning itself on the path... my mother-in-law screamed so loud and grabbed me so hard you would have thought it was a cobra she made me promise to warn her if I saw another one...
