It is going to be a great show! Looking forward to it all, and hoping to be there with Ryan - not playing midwife to a Great Dane. Shadow is due to have puppies just before the show. We are also still waiting on a couple clutches of eggs to be laid - the tiger rat snakes, and my favorite python. Hopefully these eggs will be tucked into the incubator by the time we are ready to leave for the show.
Stop by and say hi - hope to see you there
Sheila

Hi everyone,
Well I’m coming out west with some of my dragons for sure. But now I’m confused! I’m going to attend the Calgary show because everyone has been saying that that’s the biggest show out west. I can’t make it to two shows, coming from Ottawa will cost me way to much. So my question is, witch show is the biggest?

Ooohhh, someone asked the big question.....
There are differing opinions from some on the answer to that question. Both this years Red Deer show and this falls TARAS show are looking to be the biggest yet. They are both big.
Now, you didn't ask which one was better....

Here is an updated vendor list. If you don't see your name here contact me and I will get it on as soon as I can. We are over 95 tables booked and over 40 vendors now, This is gearing up to be one of the largest show done in Canada. Not bad for only the 4th year. If anyone has any question please contact me at walter@miceandthings.ca I know there are lots of others out there that are undecided if they can make it or not. I will not run out of room. I have the option of getting more space and tables at the last moment if needed. I am doing advertising on 3 different radio stations, 3 different papers that make it out to over 230,000 homes in central Alberta. I have also sent out an invitation to over 50 pet stores in Alberta to attend the show and buy stuff for their stores. If this all works out there will be many records broken this year.

That's awesome Laura-Lee, it's great to see so many people supporting the show.
Walter, all I can say is CONGRATS man! 40 vendors and 95 tables is fantastic, and you deserve this success with the show. We know you work super hard every year to make it as good as it is.

I will go and get the prize today to let everyone know what is up for grabs for just booking a table and showing up. This is all on top of the free BBQ and all the fun a person is going to have.

Ok The prize for the vendors is picked out I just have to get more details on it. Since we live in Canada and we all know how our winters are. The prize is going to be a remote car starter. When I find out more about the brand and so on I will post it. You will have to look after installation. But hey you are coming out to a great show and going to have fun, free BBQ and a chance to win a $100+ prize for just showing up to have fun.
