Don't know how big your current terrarium is. I have one carpet that will be a year in late May and her terrarium are 125x50x60cm and it works very well. But she is a very special little lady, that does not seem to be afraid of anything

I would love a carpet but just do not have the room, your looks fantastic.

Thanks! Cages for adult carpet pythons require quite a lot of space. Although there are many who have them in small cages, it is obviously better if they can stretch out properly. My jungle thrives in its cage and is very alert and curious.

Well I now have to make room, I just rescued a Carpet it has fungal infection and we will be off to the vets and get him sorted.


2 Royals 1 Corn 1 Boa and yet one more rescue A Carpet O and a mad Cat.

Hope the treatment works well and that the snake recovers. What I read it can be difficult to get rid of fungal diseases in reptiles.

I think he has been kept at low temp and too much humidity but I with my vet well sort him out.

My jungle have recently decided that the narrow space between the hide and the shelf is perfect to be in during daytime. Creaks in the whole terrarium when she moves
