As far as I'm aware, there isn't a "pygmy sidewinder." There are sidewinder subspecies, but they are named by locale. There's a pygmy rattlesnake (Sistrurus spp.) but that is not a sidewinder.

I'm assuming Pygmy sidewinder is another common name, that I've never heard, and another example why Scientific names should be used in tandem with common names.
