Re: New to this forum

Hmm... yes.. I'd be a bit choked at that mistake.

Did you know that you can't keep retics in Alberta? Not even dwarf retics?

Just see you're interested in them and thought you might like to know that if you plan on moving here. Haha.

Re: New to this forum

Welcome Mandie, good to have you here. I'm an Albertan, though living down in the States now. I'm from Rocky Mtn House.

Have any of you been down to Reptile World lately? How is the place doing?

Thanks for the welcome!!

Re: New to this forum

Down in New York. Growing up in a town of 5000 people, in the middle of nowhere, seems to have given me a wandering spirit.

Glad to hear Reptile World is still going strong. That alligator they had there was awesome, even if they did let it get too fat in that small enclosure. I hear they did some renovations in the last decade though and it has a much bigger area now, along with some of the others. Used to love going there almost more than the museum, which is saying something for a paleoanthropologist.

Yes, they certainly do. An MBK was actually my first ever snake. They tend to have stuck as a favourite for me. <3

I traded it for the albino jag carpet, with a few other snakes I had.
