Actually the MSPCA had no reports on file as of today. I sent them the links on Fauna Cl. They have a lot of his pictures from the facebook account copied and posted. He says he is rehoming but we shall see. Hopefully they can get enough proof to investigate. I think the only place he has been reported to is Facebook. I've spoken to people that have taken some of them. And they didn't necessarily report to the MSPCA. They don't need "proof" to investigate, just a report. My riding instructor had a fly sheet on her horse because she was thin-skinned and the flies bothered her, and a neighbor reported that she had a "blanket" on a horse during the summer. Even though the guy knew her and knew it was a BS report, he was still required to investigate it.

Don't know about the law all I know is what the woman said to me. Maybe it has to do with the fact that I have not actually seen the abuse and have only seen it through pictures. She said they needed copies of the pictures to investigate. She's got them so that's really all that matters. I'm glad that he's giving the animals up but he should be prosecuted for what he has done.

The investigator called me back yesterday. She hadn't received the link so sent it again. Called her back to be sure she got it that time, she had and said they were beginning the initial steps of the investigation.
