Re: Ugh!!

My mother, bless her heart, was so terrified of snakes in general. Whenever I got my baby, Squiggles, I had let my mom hold her. Of course the snake was all over the place, but my mom thought she was simply adorable. Now she's not afraid of snakes at all! Lol. I can see why she would be afraid, but the snake you would be getting I'm assuming is just as harmless as my baby is.

Like others have said, just kind of warm her up to them slowly. The expo is a fantastic place to start! I hope it works out for you!

This reminds me of my own mother. She was scared to death of them but took them in for me when I asked her to when I was moving from one state to back home. After she watched me with them and seeing they're not evil, she began to take a liking to them and would often take them out for handling sessions, even take my burm outside for some sun. She would even feed them. When I couldn't keep them in my temporary place to live, she insisted on keeping them for me. She grew to love those animals.

Re: Ugh!!

Rogue that's exactly why my snake wound up at her house to begin with. ^^ She was anxious at first thinking she was big or would get big, but she really enjoyed having little Squiggles around before I headed to the other side of the U.S. :P

Bad idea as I doubt her mom wants a venomous snake in the house.

A venomous snake that isn't even capable of killing a mouse unless it swallows one alive...
