hey I have 1 ball,1 boa, and 3 hondurans,I have had my ball now for 2 years, and all I have is a reptile heating pad and a home made dimmer switch (electrician),because the heating pad will reach 117 deg.Iset my hot side at 90-95 and my cool side is what ever my den is at,normally my house is at 73.so my 55 gal. is around that. the only light I use is the outside or a fluorescent,she is now about 4 ft. big and round and sweet as can be.GOT TO GET YOUR HOT SIDE RIGHT SO THEY CAN DIGEST.or youll have problems.
