Did anyone else notice that a couple weeks ago Josh was nervous about taking Chris on so Diego took on that other dude. I would think that a fighter would have jumped at the chance to get in the octagon. ...can you tell im a Josh hater lol
Josh is inexperience compaired to Chris's calibar. So I would have expected that. No shame in showing some nerves or fear. Thats natural. When the anderaline(sp) kicks in, that's what really holds you strong, and Josh proved that, even though there was no damage.

As for Josh and Bobby talking trash, Chris was talkin way more trash then anyone there and he was sober! Heh... Both those guys were intoxicated. As for the hose, those two pulled on him, I feel it was slightly overboard as Chris did make the right decision to sleep outdoors.

Then again the hose is exactly the same thing that Chris pulled on the guy from Canada by peein in his bed. Many things to concider.

Overall, all three were at fault. But at least Chris did appologize, those two didn't.

I was for Josh, as Chris was a problem from day 1 and did nothing but put others down and brag about his record. Now that Josh stucked to his game, he has proved experience means nothing and wits keeps you alive. My props goes to Josh for his decesion to keep a him to the ground where he's helpless.

On a side note, Couture is not training his boys well. If anyone noticed how they prepaired Chris was to have him spar only with Randy. Even though Randy has more experience, he only focused on strikes, Chris strong point. No cardio, no grappling/ground work. This might have been Chris's downfall, due to his coach.

Lidell on the other hand, I thought prepaired Josh well. His first oppenent we saw was Diego, an accomplished submission fighter, maybe a shootfighter? (Not sure) You could see Josh was exposed to stand-up and ground work for preperation.

Sorry for long post, but I watched fights closely.

Im not knocking josh for what he did. Thats his game and he did what he tried to do, its just not as exciting. I would have liked to see a knockout but i can respect josh for winning, i mean he did WIN and chris went home, hes still there.

I wanted to see the blood fly......Aren't I barbaric? lol

In all due respect, Chris had many opertunities(sp) for a KO but he pawed around and gave way too much time.

Couture pointed out he's an emotional fighter, and I think his anger, frustration and worry of bein eliminated gripped his judgement.

Although, I will also give Chris HUGE props for not running in like a caged lion and start firing punches reckiousally. He tried to stick to technique. I just think his nerves got the better of him. And Josh took advantage of that, I guess.

Chris will be back, no question. This man has tremendious skill and endurence. I hope to see Chris back, but with more mental stability and disapline.

Don't get me wrong, I have respect for Chris but his actions were intolerable, not including the door or window. He needed to learn disapline and he did a little in the Octagon.

.....Now its Forrest's turn in the cage. Hell ya, hehehe....

Edit-I read the winner of the show might fight Ken Shamrock??!! I lost the link...I'm looking for it now. If thats true, holy crap, lol.

Saw it posted 2 weeks ago on kenshamrock.com

Well can;t find the link so guess I'm mistaken.

I thought Chris won round 2 even from the bottom and there should have been a ot round.
What was Chris doing with his leg/foot in the second round? It looked like he was trying to put in behind Joshs head... weird

I hate that grappling crap. It got so bad thay had to change the rules. I remember Gracie laying on his back for 15 minutes and winning. I stopped watching the UFC after about 10 or 11 because it was so boring.

**edit: I hate Josh too, I was soooo hoping for Chris to take him out **

I'm glad they break people up now if nothing is happening but I liked it when you could kick the guys kidneys from below. It makes the guy on top do something which usually led to a mistake and a Gracie win. Royce was sure boring to watch but he sure did make a lot or bigger guys tap out. I also liked the no weight classes of the original UFC's; it was neat to watch Keith Hackney beat that huge Sumo guy. I kinda like the old rule too where anything goes except for biting and eye gouging; it was funny watching Keith Hackney search around for Joe Son's jewels and proceed to pound them till he released his headlock......Ahhh my fond UFC memories.

I think that most the fights now end with a knock.. But back when it first started the fighter were not as verseatile as they are now. Before the were graet at there style, but now the fighters are good at most styles or at least train in at least 2 diffrent styles. Which makes for a more exciting fight in my books. In any UFC from 32 and up you are bound to see some great knock outs.

I've been watching Ultimate Fighter since day one and I have always been a Josh fan. I had always hated Chris...to be a great fighter, you need to know how to control your emotions...Chris just doesn't have that! He can dish it all out but when anyone tries to give it back, he just breaks down and cries. It's always poor me! Big baby!

Dude do you know what you are on about?? So what if Chris wears his emotions on his sleeves. He's gone threw some things that people haven't. I dont agree with what he did after the fight but Josh was tastless as well. Chris will in the UFC long before Josh. Watch some clips of Chris on the net and you'll see his true ability. I doubt Josh will even make it to the ufc.

I don't think Josh will make it to the UFC eaither. Not if he presists on hugging his opponets on the ground, lol.

Chris has real skills, just where were they last night, we shall never know. I see Diego making it to. About the others, we'll see when they enter the cage.

Bobby Southworth is a chump, lol. No real skills in my opinion.

I hope we get to see Diego eat up Josh in a future fight.

Has anyone seen that clip of Gracie toying around with a undefeated kung fu master???

CDN- Cresties I totally agree I have seen clips/ Full fights of Chris and I think he will make it in the next couple of years for sure..

Jess- There is no way Diego is goin to make it. I think Forest will make it.. And If Nate heals I also think that he has a good Chance.. Plus I think Mike Swick has a chance and his only lose is to Chris Leben.. IMO
