What do you mean top or bottom?

You have the flexwatt under ever shelf that holds a snake.

i mean how do u keep the same temp from the bottom of the racking to the top because doesnt the temp change!soz if i am confusing!i was thinking of using heat cable at the bottom of each shelf !what is flexwatt or am i being stupid

You lay a strip of flexwatt on top of each shelf flooring, if your rack has 4 or 10 you should have 4 or 10 strips of flexwatt.
