worst bite was from an iggy.. he got me in the cheek and i needed 4 stitches. the bite almost went through to the inside of my mouth. pretty neat.

next worst was from a 4+ blood python on the back of my head. didn't hurt, but it bled like a stuck pig. I have some minor scarring there.

cheers,
Justin

That sucks that she did bite you, but I think that's a pretty cool scar to have, I have never heard of anyone else with a snakebite scar! Very cool snake.

I've got pics of my first bite, but since it was from a 10" JCP I don't think I'll bother to post them :P It bled a little bit though, I haven't had many bites since.
I didn't know snakes could do so much damage though (the 17' Reticulated Python).
Its good to know what a bite from my bp could look like!!

No pic but was grabbed on the foot (stupid me wearing sandals) by a 4.5 foot whitethroat monitor. Left my toes black, bloody and a real mess. Luckily nothing broken though.

Can't compete with all those snake bites, but this one should rate a vote or two for the Leopard Gecko Bite category.

Here is my worst snake bite. "It's only a flesh wound". LOL
This is only a joke. This is not my retic. Read info below.

For the few that have never seen this picture this picture is fake.
It was staged the man is alive and the retic is the one that is dead.

Take care
Tom

The worst bite I ever suffered fortunately was from my sub adult female boa. She's about 5 feet now. I actually received the bite a few days ago.

I was holding her, and she was a bit panicked. Something had startled her, so, she whipped around and nailed me on the side my left forarm, closer to my elbow. I bled pretty good from that one and received some bruising as well.

Worst one was from a Corn that majorly missed the mouse & got me at the end of the tong in the knuckle. Left a bunch of teeth that slowly worked themselves out over a period of a week for the last despite "my digging". Worst real bite again on the knuckle & inbetween my pinkie & ring finger was from my male Diamond. Good thing hes still small because it sure bled & bruised quite a bit considering it was like a 2 inch strike. Haven't been tagged by a big Carpet yet. Key word being "Yet" touch wood LOL Mark
P.S. Glad someone had some real pics of what a little love bite from a tame Retic can do for all you folk that think them or Rocks make great pets. Great for exhibit though. ; )
