Yeah its true...we can be sued..and have been....although each time we ended up not having anything happen to us...knock on wood..but the threat is very real. If you want the name of the store..send a pm...thats the best way.
As for some store names staying up...it just depends on how long it takes the mods to find it...or get a report from members about it. We do the best we can to seek out stuff like that...its not always instant however. There is so many members, so many posts that its very difficult..so sometimes things slide. Its not ideal, but its the best way we can handle the amount of flow the site gets. You have to keep in mind that this is not a full time job for any of us...we are here when we can between personal life and work etc.
