Re: AP cage arrived

Have you considered using pvc pipe/fittings to build some sort of framework for the jungle gym? Black paint and some suitable pieces of wood to finish it off would blend in well, zip ties to secure the wood to the framework, and it would be very sturdy as well as removeable for cleaning when necessary.

Re: AP cage arrived

Nice! I haven't seen this model yet. I love my AP Cage and plan on getting another later this year for my rainboa. Mine took more like 12 weeks because they were falling behind but I already knew from reading up on the brand that it would be 10 weeks so I ordered with plenty of time. I absolutely love being able to move it on my own if I need to which I would never be able to do with a glass or melamine cage. Most of my family likes looking at my snakes but won't go near them so I have no help if I need to move them for any reason. Super great service and great cage. I'm thinking of drilling some holes for some sort of [safe] hooks so that I can securely add some vines or something for climbing. My king no longer climbs on her wooden branches and I think it has a lot to do with how much they move and roll around. Only downside to these cages is that you can't really stick anything to them. Means poop doesn't stick but also no suction cups and things like that. And hey! If you need high humidity, you can ask for less ventilation!

Re: AP cage arrived

The AP cages really look sharp. I hear nothing but good things about them.
