Re: What is your favorite python and why
Retics by far are my favorites, they're super smart and have always peeked my interest (mainland to be specific) fascinated by the size as well

Re: What is your favorite python and why
Carpet pythons
Moderate size anyone can appreciate but don't need huge enclosures like the giants, arboreal and great display animal, strong feeding response, and comes in an array of subspecies and color/pattern variations.

Burms, I love their size and docile personality.

Re: What is your favorite python and why
Carpet Pythons. The favorite I own would either be my Albino Darwin or my JCP who was the first snake I owned.

My exact sentiments. Carpet pythons for me. I suspect that I would love a nice balckhead... but I have never had obe... yet...

Jungle Carpet Pythons for the reasons already listed. They're one of my favorite snakes.

Re: What is your favorite python and why
Like the majority I like Retics, the reason is because they are big and aggressive and I think that makes them the most impressive. Sadly it's not a snake I have any firsthand experience with, but some day.

Yup, such a strange feeling in a python. Their eyes are amazing and their color and pattern are truly beautiful. Timors and retics are a close (tied for) second though.

Re: What is your favorite python and why
Another vote from me for the retics, they're just so smart makes them amazing to work with. But the Burmese is a close second.

Re: What is your favorite python and why
Sumatran red blood pythons (their coloration is gorgeous!….one day!), Ball pythons (Either bumblebee, spiders, or….mine!) , burns, and…….*drumroll* Retics!
