A little disappointed after an hour and half drive. Very small show and turnout. Saw some cool herps though. Got to hold my first carpet! Some young guy brought it to the show. He was about 6 feet long or so and I see why so many folks like them!

Its a long drive for you too...but its worth it. I went to the one in Nov or Dec, cant remember but its was crazy packed

Last year when there was a particular female tarantula I wanted, I went in, found the vendor, told him I wanted it, bought it, and asked him to hold onto it so I could look around. Things go very quickly. Another reason I'm bummed I couldn't go today.

Yeah, I bet they hear "I will be back for it" a lot...if they all held them they would lose a lot of sales...best to pay for it, get a receipt, and have them hold it till you are ready to go...there weren't and BRB's at Pittsburgh either...a few CRB's though...including a beautiful leucistic one $5000 price tag, though....
