So now the enclosure is completely finished. He has a mini cold frame for extra heat , on a slate , with a digging area underneath . There is a raised area in the middle for him to walk over . I`ve also added some more grasses and lavender . We`ve had some rain this week , so the tortoise weeds have started to come up well . My tort seems real content in his new enclosure . Here are some more pics .

Thank you guys . It took around a month to build it , and cost me a little more than £500 pounds . Money well spent though , my tort seems so happy , he covers every inch . There`s even a door on the side , so he can come into the garden when I am in there . The enclosure measures 12x8 ft . You see that second cold frame in there , he likes sitting in there , today it reached 34c , as where the large frame was 24c . Thanks for looking .

Well have since put a greenhouse house in the new enclosure , finished it today . it has been worth the work , and I love it , so does my lucky tort .
