In captivity males top out around 8 to 10 feet and females 10 to 14 feet. there have been report of a couple females hitting 16 feet. My guy will be 3 the 16 th of this month and i have had him since he was a month old. He was 20 inches when i got him now he just under 8 feet.

Great looking Yellow, Chuck!

Anacondas definitely get a hold of you when you get one. They are unlike any snake I've ever seen. I totally love my Green, and would love to have more but I think I'll keep it at the one girl and totally give her all my lovin'!

Thanks Rob! I know what you mean. They are such amazing animals to work with.

My guy just turned three on the 7-16 and as a gift i might be getting him a female.

Thanks Cliff. So i found away to get him out of his cage without him freaking. He was chilling in his water bowl so i just pulled it out and set it in a tub.

What you don't see in the video is him biting me in the forearm and breaking four teeth off in my arm. My wife was video taping and as soon as he try to make a break for it she split. I was real proud of her for video taping it because he the one snake i have that she hates and is scared to death of.

Patternless Yellow's are amazing, Chuck.

Until the other day I had no idea they had even existed. So beautiful. I'm hopeful that one day a Pied Yellow or a Pied Green will be found!

That would make me a happy camper.

I'm pretty sure that's a Green/Yellow Hybrid, Chuck.

I could be mistaken. But I remember a poster on another forum a few years back doing a Green x Yellow pairing and the babies coming out like that.
