Re: The Feeding Thread
I don't have any pictures, but my ball python finally ate after several months, now that it's starting to warm up. (The weather is still way out of wack, one day high 60s, then low 80's, then mid 70s. No me gusta.) Luckily he didn't lose too much weight, still very happy and grateful for the meal! I'll be feeding my red tail, Cloud this Friday so maybe I'll have some pics next Tuesday.

Re: The Feeding Thread
Thanks, me too! I was so relieved he ate I was worried he wouldn't and I'd have to try again this weekend. Thankfully, Cloud hasn't given me any trouble. Gobbles down the fuzzies like there's no tomorrow.

Re: The Feeding Thread
Ok so here's som pics from Friday's feeding of my red-tail. Excuse the dirt in her water dish, I accidentally got some in there putting her in.

Re: The Feeding Thread
My Ball Python Diamond eats whenever I feed him. I'm glad I don't have to deal with him going off food.
I know I should get him on rats, I just got him mice without thinking.
From a few weeks ago
the second mouse
Navajo only eats when I turn the shelf light off, even then she's pretty slow chowing down.

Re: The Feeding Thread
You may have to deal with Diamond going off. My guy went off about 2 months ago, not worried at all but it definitely can happen

Looks like blood coming out of the rodent's mouth.

Re: The Feeding Thread
Yeah, it's blood, I think he was over-constricting a bit, lol. He's been feeding regularly ever since I've gotten him on to f/t(which was really easy) but if he goes off food, I'll be surprised but I can deal with it.

Re: The Feeding Thread
Pika is definitely eating tonight... left an f/t rat with Kaybe, will check in a while if he's eaten (he's more the secretive type).

Re: The Feeding Thread
FINALLY got Kaybe to CONSTRICT a f/t rat (the past 2 times I've had to leave it and come back an hour later to find he had eaten it)
