brown and yellow king?
:confused: i just got this cute female kingsnake (so snugly) and i don't know what *kind* of kingsnake she is. she is 2 1/2 years old and is a banded/zippered yellow and brown.

She is a banded (meaning the horizontal bands on her) coastal phase or chocolate (brown and yellow) California Kingsnake. The only way to sex her is to probe her which requires a set of probes and a lot of knowledge and experience.
So there you have it. It's a Banded Coastal Phase California King.
