AjaMichelle Member Join Date: May-2012 Posts: 460 Country:	Re: Thanksgiving Giblets - Yum (gross) I think offering the giblets is a great idea!!! organ tissues are a great source of nutrients whether you're a reptile or mammal, and the neck is a great source of chondroitin (helps keep joints healthy).
