looking for a name
all of my friends hate the name oscar for my snake so im looking for a new one. any suggestions?

Who cares what your friends think.. If that is the name you like keep it. I think Oscar is a good name.

It shouldn't matter what your friends think of Oscar's name, as long as you like it, that's all that should matter.
Unless of course you also hate the name Oscar, lol

i agree with gungirl. but if you wanna change it i like looking at names that have to do with where the reptile came from in the world. my greek tortoise - hermes (greek god for travel and commerce), when i had my IJ carpet - darwin. things like that. check out some cool african names from native cultures things like that

I love greek things, not that ball pythons come from Greece, but i named my two normals Hades and Zeus.

Staying on greek terms, because of his (assuming gender based off of previous name Oscar) bright colors, you could name him Helios, the Greek sun god.

Bah! Forget them. I pick mostly really weird names because I like them, and people can suck it.

Never let your significant other name a snake, otherwise he ends up calling your wonderfully sweet boa "Jerry Rice" >:C
oscar rocks. keep the name, if your friends give you beef tell them you dont nag their mom for giving them crappy names :P
