Before you find a new pet start saving your money, get a nice sized Vet emergancy fund saved up. If your parents wont take you to the Vet you must find another way. Refusing any animal Vet care is animal abuse. Let your parents know this too. Part of owning any animal is to provide proper care and Vet visits are included.
