Need Help With Crested

Okay so i'm a little worried about my cresty, chuck. I don't really know a word for it besides spoiled. He doesn't hunt or feed on his own I literally have to hold the cgd up to his face so he can lick it up. The real reason i'm worried is because his hip bones are showing dehydration. Well anyone would say... give him water? but no he doesn't even lick up drops on his own! Usually i spray it on his nose and he licks it off but I don't like doing this at all because it cant be good if it gets in his nostrils. But now he just wont drink. I've tried before to put the cgd in his cage and let him get it on his own but he just sits there nearly starving and the cgd dries up, and I can't watch my little buddy starve. I'm just really worried if anyone could help that would be great.

Can you describe your set up as well as temperature and humidity?

Re: Need Help With Crested

Hes in a tall tub I spray it once a day and hes at room temperature, i'd say about 70-75 degrees i used to have a uvb to give him some heat but he just hid whenever it was on, cause hes nocturnal. i recently took his gauge out to monitor my retics humidity and temp and im going to be getting a new gauge today for more accurate measurements. I have also wondered about the air flow in his tub half the top is screen but i think i should put holes in it, but i dont have a solder. I also just finished a ten gallon with a realisitc foam backround that im excited to move him into once its fully dried, i think hell do better in that and im pretty proud of how beautiful it looks(; but any help would be greatly concerned i worry about my little cresty.
