I thought you would have an updated link that's the same one they shoved in his face. He exact defense was he bought it at a pet store, that didn't fly. For some reason they are able to sell them?

I called from my cell and asked about purchasing a boa from a local store that sells them. She seemed quite safe telling me to buy it then register it with her.
She even went so far as to tell me if its registered and they change the law we would be grandfathered in and could even sell iur snake localy with the registration if we wanted. She almost sounded like a herper her self.
