IMHO I believe it is worse to feed in a a seperate tank. Its more stressfull for the snake, and its dangerous moving a snakes in feed mode, even worse the bigger they get. I have had 2 of my boas and a carpet i hav, eat their papertowel substrate after a feeding, they do regurgitate it back up, if it ever happens to you.
