yea he's got an attitude on him. We tried to hook him once and he got on ok and then refused to get off and just decided it was time to start biting

Re: Mr. Crowley: Upate and Pics
I dont have any experience with ATBs but so far every snake I got ahold of, I was able to tame down, even Macklot's which are some of the biteyest babies around. Not sure about him though but it would be fun trying.

Hahahaha, that's an Amazon, alright.
Exwizard, what's stopping you from getting one?

Re: Mr. Crowley: Upate and Pics
He's a decent looking little dude. The attitude some of these things have is funny. The last one I handled looked me in the eye, looked at my arm, bit it and then looked back at my face as if to say 'Ha! How'dya like *that*'

Mine are all like that in one form or another.
I was holding one of my babies (not really babies anymore, but considering they're the youngest and smallest, I call them babies), and she kept getting closer and closer to my face as if to investigate. Then, almost in slow motion, she bit me on the nose, pulled back, and stared at me. I SWEAR she was saying "Ha! You know better than to let me get that close to your face! And I'll do it again, too!". I'm serious, I've never seen a snake look more proud of themselves.

Re: Mr. Crowley: Upate and Pics
Its true.
He'll sometimes let himself slide through my hands and then suddenly he turns towards my arm as if to say "Looks squishy maybe I should bite it" then I usually steer his head elsewhere. I think they think biting is a game..

Two things...
#1 We have enough snakes so I dont plan on getting any more anytime soon.
#2 From what Ive read, Amazons are like Green Trees and Emeralds, mainly a display only snake. Even if I did plan on getting more snakes, I would not and will not get anything Im not supposed to handle.
