The ban goes into effect 60 days after the snakes are placed on the list of injurious animals, which has not been done yet. I'm trying to stay up to date on everything but there's a lot of info out there. I'll try and keep this thread updated.

I keep hearing that they've already been placed on that list. But I've also heard they haven't.
