Yes it will work fine, 65 watt will not put out enough heat alone in an enclosure large enough for a Savannah, but two of them together will.
That also gives you a little backup, if one bulb burns out, the cage will not go cold.
I also keep a couple spare bulbs in the house so I can change the burned out bulb quickly.
