Spoils from Taras :D
So this is the loot I brought back! As you can tell I had a great weekend. Thanks a million to Henry for buying my cresteds for his daughter so I could get my beautiful Somali Uro, Azure!!! Oh and here he is...
Then we picked up a pair of Jungle Carpet Pythons. Very nice looking!
male
female
Oh and a pair of Hogs! (thanks Annette, they look even better safe at home!)
male
Female... and she will be named Miss Piggy!
What else... a new female BP, Columbian Tegu, Cal King and Pacman!
Sorry if some of the pics didn't turn out. I'll post better ones once they've settled in. Hope you enjoyed!
Alecia
The columbian Tegu is now Raz, the Jcp's are Lady Deathstrike and Wolverine!

That's the truth Mark, for sure Now I just have to sell the other pair before the next show so I can buy more Hogs from Dan, lol.
It is a pretty sweet Pacman! Yellow, Orange, Red and Green!
By the way it was great meeting you guys!!! Mark is hilarious and has a great sense of home decor and Katt is proof that there are cool girls in this world! (Other examples: Jen, Leah and Annette!)

They're from Gord Redman and I'm not sure how old they are. I'd have to ask my hubby but I would guess around 5 months.

Oh and by the way Katt, I've screamed at voices in my head in an elevator full of people! (not real voices just to clarify, lol) So clucking like a chicken in a restaurant is my kinda fun

Very cool . The show was great! Glad I got to meet a lot of you, especially Vanan. You guys are awesome. Hope to make it up for the fall show as well!
...That is, if I'm allowed. Wasn't supposed to bring anything home at all, and I got a pair of central americans, a baby corn, couple of emperor scorps, longtailed grass lizards, and more.
Was tres worth it though!
Take care.

Nice acquisitions y'all!
Tammy, it was great meeting you too! Hope you're enjoying Mr. Nosey!
Couldn't disturb most of what I brought back as they're more sensitive. Giving them time to chill. Here's some pics of a couple of my "spoils" which were more "willing".
<img src=http://img55.photobucket.com/albums/v167/Vanan/Frogs/spadefoot1.jpg>
Great Basin Spadefoot. Finally able to legally keep these. They're considered wildlife in BC and, as such, are illegal to own.
Here's a not too commonly seen skink. At least this species.
<img src=http://img55.photobucket.com/albums/v167/Vanan/Lizards/scincella1a.jpg>
Scincella reevesii, was being sold as Southern Skinks.
<img src=http://img55.photobucket.com/albums/v167/Vanan/Lizards/scincella1b.jpg>
Same male as above.
<img src=http://img55.photobucket.com/albums/v167/Vanan/Lizards/scincella2a.jpg>
Gravid female. These guys are probably egg layers. Like their cousins, S. lateralis.

Alecia, I think for the male Hogg call him "Boss Hogg" like from the "Dukes of Hazard" LOL You say I'm hilarious. Does that mean like "funny Ha Ha" or otherwise like funny looking or smelling LOL Take some pics that do those herps justice! That Uro looks like crap compared to in person. It must be seen to appreciate its colors! Gords Jungles are way more impressive in person too. Those ones are related to the one I have that looks like a Diamond cross (same clutch or clutches from late Aug/early Sept 03 I think). Was that BP the one from Kyle? Tammy fooled us all with her shorter cropped hair & no glasses, but I still knew it was her by her avatar pic. Much more pretty in person as were all of you other female "specimens" LOL Hope to see everyone again soon & good luck to all with the new "kids". Mark
P.S. Alecia you shouldn't admit to yelling at the voices in your head whether you realize that they are real or not Heh Heh not that I'd recomend the clucking either LOL Ah yes normal is boring!
