Design my Logo!

I will be setting up a new website within the next couple of months and I am anything but an artist. I would love to have one of you guys design the Logo! I know there are some great artists out there and I would love to see what you guys have got. The website will be called "Bighead Herps" so try to incorporate that. Someone suggested cartoon-ish herps with over-sized heads. Sounds great to me but I'm open to anything. Just post it on this thread so we can get input from everybody. Don't be shy!

I'll buy any herp of your choice for the winner. Actually... maybe not- but I will give you $20 (preferably through Paypal). Let me know if you have any more questions.

Jordan

I would, but my works and time at this moment are worth a bit more than $20.00. The supplies for a painting cost at least that amount, and more oftenly more. If you are interested I will create a painting for you depicting what you want after I provide a sketch and get the "Okay" from you.

I wish I could offer something like that, but being such a small scale breeder, it wouldn't yet be worth my while to pay much more or offer a breeding pair of anything. I was thinking there might be a couple of people who would just have fun throwing something together with photoshop or something. No worries. Sorry if I gave the wrong impression.

Oh, I know, Matt. I thought asphyxia might have been offended or something. You can look at it this way, though- I did say that I would give $20 for the best logo, so if you make one with "stick-herps" (yes I just coined that term) and you're the only one who submits something, morally, I have to put it on my site and you get $20 for 5 minutes of work. Something to think about. Haha.

Give the artist $20 AND a free link/small banner on the site for a time period, say a year. Free advertising is worth its weight in gold, provided your site will have the traffic. But if that artist were to pay for the webspace to showcase a piece of their art, it would cost them more than $20, that's for sure.

People who want to ever make money have to see the BIG picture. Don't think small, and don't think immediate Forfeit instant moo-lah for name-building, branding, and recognition.

I'm not the best artist on Computer, better with real paint. lol, but maybe I can try and help you out, let me know what your site is all about, what do you have in your collection, what would you like to see on the banner? ie: beardeds, cresteds, leos...
Anything that would help me out. THanks.

Here are a couple banners I came up with quickly, just using picture it and a couple of my own herps with "big heads" lol. Anything there catch your eye?

Thanks Jeff. I would be more than happy to have the artist's banner on my page and other links to their site.

Brian- I know what clipart is. My point was that I'm looking for something better than I could do myself.

Debbie(?)- I like the banners so far. I will be selling beardies, corns, kings, jungle corns (hopefully), leos, fat tails, possibly some inverts, and some odds and ends. I like the winking herps you have on your site too. I still don't have a digital camera, but there are a couple pics of my herps in my gallery anybody can use.
