Meow-mix,

If you're planning on using the BB gun to euthanize mice, you're going to have to extract the BB or pellet from each corpse. You don't want them in your snakes guts for sure.

It's on Dundas or 5 2 km east of Dixie on the south side across from the Brick.

Guns are bad news!! If you're interested in hand eye co ordination sport, Why not buy a dart board

would my parents have to get a License in order to obtain a air rifle, or a bb gun/pellet?

Quote:lebaron

Please Note:

Firearms & hazardous materials - ammunition, powder, etc... - cannot be shipped out of Canada.

To purchase a firearm:
You must supply a valid Firearm Acquisition Certificate (F.A.C.) number or a Possession and Acquisition License (P.A.L.) number, along with your birth date.

To purchase ammunition:
You must supply either a valid Firearm Acquisition Certificate (F.A.C.) number, or a Possession and Acquisition License (P.A.L.), or a Possession Ownership License (P.O.L).

I just wanted to make sure before me and my parents go, thats wut the site says. I plan on going to a "club" wanna learn. My dad had a bb gun, but it broke, and i have been craving to learn. But safety is first.

Thanks
Meow

You don't need an FAC to buy air powered guns or ammo in Canada unless it's just the store's policy, i.e. Canadian Tire.

Meow, anything that is under 500 feet per second doesn't require an FAC. There are lots a guns that push that limit, the majority of them are around the 495 mark (best ones). After .177 caliber, a .22 is the next step and requires an FAC. To be honest, alot of the very good air rifles have nearly the same power anyways...so yes, be careful. I used to collect them, and still have quite a few...but when i was younger, living where i live you often have to remove pests...sorry, but its just a fact of country living, moral or not, you have no choice sometimes
